Our April workshop promises to be a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, guiding you towards building stronger, more authentic connections in both your professional and personal life.
What is BRAVING?
BRAVING is an acronym that stands for Boundaries, Reliability, Accountability, Vault, Integrity, Non-judgment, and Generosity. Developed by Dr. Brené Brown, a renowned researcher and storyteller, this concept is a framework for understanding and developing trust.
Trust is the bedrock of effective leadership, cohesive teams, and strong relationships. With the exploration of BRAVING, you will learn:
Boundaries: Respect and assert your own boundaries and honor the boundaries of others.
Reliability: Understand the importance of consistency in words and actions.
Accountability: Acknowledge mistakes and take responsibility to make amends.
Vault: Safeguard the confidentiality of information shared with you and avoid oversharing.
Integrity: Choose courage over comfort, practicing your values rather than simply professing them.
Non-judgment: Offer and ask for help without judgment.
Generosity: Extend the most generous interpretation to the intentions, words, and actions of others.
